Guinefort Absinthe Verte

Talk about a fun little project!  We use Nebraska grapes redistilled in the traditional method, with Grand Wormwood, Green Anise, Fennel, Angelical Root, Coriander, Orange Peel, Roman Wormwood, Hyssop, Spearmint, and Lemon Balm. 126.4 Proof.   Emerald green color that should fade to brown with time.  For longer color retention keep in a dark cool location.  375ML
