If the sign says open feel free to stop in, no matter what time it is.  We are open pretty much everyday.  Email to schedule your tasting.  During the off season (jan-mar) we will close on Sunday.  If you email we will be there for you.  Trying our phone number listed on google is hit or miss depending on if we happen to be in the tasting room.
